About Me



I'm a CrossFit Coach and a Personal Training (of 9 years.)  I work at CrossFit Round Rock. I wouldn't call it work.  I'm working on attaining my Kinesiology degree.  I have a twin sister who I admire and love dearly. I want to and will compete in The Games and win it!

I got into personal training because I have a passion and the drive to better others.  I knew as a child that I needed to help others in ways it would be life changing; and I have to say my dream has come true.  I enjoy doing what I do and changing lives.  Never Ever Give Up!!
