Becoming Reborn



I have to say I'm highly impressed with Kim Percival.  Kim is in my Monday and Wednesday 5:30AM class.  It took some convincing to bring Kim into CrossFit Round Rock, but she did it.  And she hasn't stop coming in since the day she started CrossFit.  Dealing with the a demanding career, working long hours, raising a son, and taking care of home life was putting a toll on her health. 

What impresses me the most about Kim is her drive to become a healthier and stronger mother and wife.  She is on a mission and nothing is stopping her; not even a calf injury that slowed her performance for over a week. 

Kim started at 178 pounds in April and now she is down 12 pounds (164) and  that is having to deal with a calf injury and traveling.  Outside of CrossFit, Kim does yoga and walking.   She has changed her eating habit from Gluten-Free diet to a Paleo Diet.

Kim is becoming the person she is meant to be. 

CFRR is very proud of you, Kim.  Keep doing what you are doing and you'll succeed your goals.
